These terms govern your use of BananaTab. By using the service, you agree to them.
BananaTab helps people coordinate shared tabs and, when enabled, review connected-account transaction data and receive alerts based on user-selected rules. BananaTab is an informational tool. It is not a bank, financial adviser, credit counselor, payment processor, or fiduciary, and it does not guarantee savings or financial outcomes.
You must provide accurate information, use accounts and phone numbers you are authorized to use, review results before acting, protect access to your devices, and use the service lawfully. Transaction data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, reclassified, or corrected by financial institutions.
If you expressly opt in to BananaTab money messaging, you agree to receive recurring automated money alerts and conversational replies at the number you activate. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A pause command pauses money alerts but does not replace carrier-level STOP.
Account connectivity is provided through Plaid and participating institutions. Connections may be unavailable or delayed. You authorize BananaTab and its providers to retrieve the financial data you select so BananaTab can provide the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. BananaTab does not promise uninterrupted delivery, real-time transaction detection, or error-free insights. To the extent permitted by law, BananaTab is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or decisions made from service output.
We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address abuse. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
